My experience with Gyro has been excellent. I purchased a 09 Genesis and wanted to get my car checked out completely. Renee and Lisa at the Service Desk assured me everything would be taken care of. A minor issue was found and they facilitated a call to the dealerships mechanic (not Hyundai) where I purchased the vehicle. Everything worked out between the two dealerships and the repair took place without any issues.
I continue to take my Genesis for service & repairs. They offered a loaner car for the day while my car was being serviced. The service department is honest and reliable! The attitude of the service desk (Renee & Lisa) and Service Manager (in office) is always upbeat and positive. In the past I use to have issues with taking my cars to dealership for fear of getting ripped off. My Genesis will only be serviced at Gyro Hyundai going forward! They have regained my confidence in dealership! I recommend you give them a try also.
